                                                Why?

Activ8 is the result of creator Paul Jones's 20 years worth of knowledge and experience of working within the education sector. Having coached and delivered National Curriculum Physical Education in a number of schools and also running his own national sports coaching company for over 10 years, Paul has seen first hand the downfall in the decline in the amount of exercise children actually take part in, both during the school day and also out of school hours. 

Paul has throughout his life taken a huge interest in sport and exercise, from representing at county level in a number of different sports throughout his school years to playing semi-professional football in his adulthood and regularly attending the gym. Paul's vision has always been to help people any age and from any walk of life to enjoy the benefits of playing sports and being active. With Activ8 he believes that every child can benefit both educationally and physically from something so simple.      

                                                                   How?

Activ8 has been 2 years in the making, Paul has ensured that throughout this development stage he always sought and used valuable input and feedback from well-respected headteachers, heads of PE, parents and of course the pupils as well. Activ8 is a complete, fully inclusive programme designed to cover the government's requirements for the extra 30 minutes of exercise as well as providing an educational platform that can be integrated by teachers into lesson planning which is both informative and rewarding for the pupils.   

Whilst there are other activity programmes out there, here at Activ8 we are confident our simple to use programme is the most comprehensive and effective way to help combat a national and worldwide issue - Childhood obesity.

Activ8 has been brought to life by a number of people other than Paul Jones, the creator, Matt Salmon the talented web designer from White Wolf Development, who put Pauls vision for Activ8 into the superb website you are viewing now. Tom and Rosemary at Wrkm8's design studio for the eye-catching images and superb design work.
